My love of art was sparked by my grandmother, who taught me to paint when I was child. The seed she planted blossomed during my high school years when I began taking art classes. It was during this time that my mother and two aunts were also exploring their artistic passions at our local community college. Soon, our shared love for art brought us together in the same classes, their presence fueling my own artistic journey. Our collective experience in art created a powerful familial influence, solidifying my creative career in graphic design.
Viewing the world through a photographic lens has instilled in me a deep appreciation for capturing fleeting moments. My recent work explores the intersection of this photographic foundation and digital artistry. By digitally manipulating my original photographs, I create high-definition pieces that transcend their initial boundaries, revealing new perspectives. This digital process has naturally led me back to the tactile engagement of painting.
My paintings emerge as a vibrant continuation of my digital explorations, where imaginative concepts take form in a rich tapestry of color. Ultimately, my art is an exploration of the world through a prism of vivid hues and a celebration of uninhibited joy.
